  • Really terrible job today. Scratches on my car. Dirt not cleaned from 20 percent of the body, tires not dressed, mats not washed (Yes I paid extra for). sat waiting 20 minutes or more before anyone even touched my car, air drying leaving water and soap spots dried on before anyone touched it. Body and mirrors not cloth dried and had bad smears and water marks. Hap hazard window washing, missed 30%. Dash not wiped. Cars coming out of the was much dirtier than in the past and not enough employed, or ones who care to touch up the mess. They were down to one person on my car so she was only going thru the motions to get it out the door. I paid way to much for that. It was a premium wash with mats extra. Lots of money. I complained and the one worker said they were understaffed. I said not my problem, but end the end, yes it was. Last time I was there, also a long backup. People in the back of the row, has to ask to be let out because they were going to be stuck for way too long. New owner there and it has gone way down hill since. Going in they tried to nearly strong arm me into buying a "membership". I has to say no thank you, three times. NO Way.
