I won't be going back.
I was talked into getting my car detailed by the hard sell guy up front. Even did the routine where he went back and forth to the manager to knock the price down. I did want the detailing and when he said it would only be an hour and a half I thought it would be worth it.
Process started at 3:30. I returned at 5:15. Asked how much longer and the guy said 45 more minutes. I was concerned because I did have somewhere to be later and had to leave at 6.
I waited 40 more minutes and went to the front counter to ask after the car. I said it was urgent and I needed to go. 2 different people at the front counter said they'd check on it and then literally just stood there. Did nothing, offered no money back. Started talking to other people.
I went to my car and they had JUST STARTED washing the upholstery. I emphatically said "I HAVE TO GO." A lot. The guy there wrote something on my ticket so that I could possibly come back later. He was the only one who seemed remotely interested in the urgency of my situation, I have to give him credit. The thing was I didn't have time to even get any kind of real documentation..I had to get to an appointment on the other side of town. And I don't really want to go back and wait 2-3 more hours. Call me crazy.
At the time in insisted that I needed my dang car back I had already waited 2.5 hours...AND the back seats, trunk space, dashboard, windows etc had STILL not been touched.
This company DOES NOT value customer time at all. And time is very important. I would not have done the detail if I knew the wait would be 3+ hours. Judging by my treatment yesterday and the low rating on this site, I can tell this company also does not care about the customer experience. They want the money. They get the money. They keep the money. Regardless of promises made. Your time is worth a lot - don't go here for detailing. They don't care.
