  • I took both my pets to VCA (Elliot) mostly due to an internet offer for a free initial Wellness Exam. The coupon was good for 2 pets per household and at the time I was financially in need of any discounts I could come by. Admittedly I was a bit apprehensive, as usually when something is free you get mediocre service or sales people try to push a myriad of services or "needs" on you that aren't really necessary. That did not happen at all. Neither was the service, attentiveness, care or professionalism lessened. I apologize that I don't remember the names of the lovely ladies who helped me before the DVM came in but you two were wonderful! You helped make the ... umm... violation via thermometer, as painless as could be for my girls. And Dr. Stanat is awesome. She explained everything to me that I had asked and made sure I had no more questions. I would definitely recommend this VCA location to people searching for a quality and compassionate veterinary office in this area. Thank you VCA!
