WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a floor sample sofa, thirty minutes later they called me and told me that someone else had been carrying the tag so they sold her the sofa, even though I PAID for it first. Then they told me they wouldn't honor the price on the SAME sofa , that isn't a floor sample , even thought it was their mistake. - It was a $100 difference. They followed up by telling me that because I paid with debit instead of credit, I would have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back. Then when I got upset about this the manager told me he can't solve everyone's problems. Don't waste your time here if customer service matters, go across the street to Ashley....... to follow up 10/30.... got a call from a regional manager apologizing for the way I was treated. After MANY phone calls they did the right thing and honored the price I paid for the sofa. I did get an apology and that did help, but the store manager needs some serious training on how to deal with upset customers.
