  • I don't have words that are adequate. This company is honest, ethical and great at the work they do. I requested a quote from yelp, on a Sunday evening, within one hour I got a call from Carter. I explained I was told I needed 3 things from the Dealer for my 2011Honda Civic: Right side motor mount, power steering pump and drive belt. With a quote very high from the dealer. Carter was able to give me quotes on two items, but needed to call someone to get one item priced, and promised to call me the next day. True to his word, first thing, I get a total estimate. Oh, I had by now got quotes from 5 different places. His was the lower priced, and they come to you. Chad came out to my gated community a few days later as arranged, and I actually drove to a park, across the road, to cut the story short, he was 100% honest, and found out I did NOT need the power steering pump at all, he did a lot of tests to make sure, so he lowered the estimate and did the other work. He went over and beyond for me as I mentioned my brakes squeak a bit. He checked the break pads, they are fine, not ready to be changed just yet, he sprayed them with something to help stop the small squeak. I am ecstatic to find such a professional team of honest caring folks all at the same company that do terrific work. I will tell everyone to give Anyplace Auto Repair their business. Great work guys.
