  • Well after reading these reviews I was skeptical about the level of service I was going to receive. Although I have not taken my car in for service, I can say that the sales experience was very good. I have been dealing with many other dealerships including Acura of North Scottsdale, Audi North Scottsdale (all Penske), etc. and Sara was extremely quick to get back to me with my questions and keep things moving. The process was seamless and the financing experience was also solid. I would definitely recommend this dealership if considering an Acura. By the way, some of the reviews on here are about airbags which is somewhat out of the control of Acura. Blame the company making the airbags and take some of these reviews with a grain of salt.
