  • Horrible customer service. I can understand the marketing tactics of trying to get someone in the door before you quote them on how much your services cost but why be a douche about it over the phone? Why would I come in and use your services if you're not even courteous over the phone? Most places will at least tell you how much they'll charge you for a simple traffic ticket that went into warrant status, according to these people it's "privileged information"... never using these people for anything.
