Disclosure: I have three of my vehicles serviced at Firestone. I have used Firestone locations in AZ (Tempe and Gilbert) along with areas when I lived in CA (San Diego and Los Angeles). I also bought their lifetime wheel alignment and tire rotation/alignment packages. I have always received good to great service at various locations so I keep going back.
.
For this trip I took in a company car for regular service to this location. The service took about 1 1/2 hours which is typical at Firestone locations.

This Firestone:
1. Service Techs: The guy I dealt with was helpful. He did not try to upsell or pressure other purchases. He was informative and got the job done. Nice work!
2. Quality of Work: I drove the vehicle on a 1,000 mile round trip business cycle immediately after the service. I experienced not problems with driving or leaking in any way. Quality looks good.
3. Location: This store is conveniently located to the central Gilbert area. I live more toward Queen Creek so it's a 20 min. drive to his store.
4. Customer area: Other than having to survive an hour of "The View" (just trash IMHO) the service area is open and comfortable. I was able to work on my computer with no interuptions while I waited. Even the noise from the garage area was very low.
5. Cost: This service was free to me (cost to my company on negotiated rates). Overall, I find most preventative maintenance at Firestone to be very competitive with other locations (see my recent review of a HIGH priced Jiffy Lube for comparison). I confirmed that same oil change Jiffy Lube wanted to charge $69.99 to complete before tax/etc. only cost $49.99 at this location. Dealers just can't compete.
Overall, I keep coming back to Firestone for the value of services. Give them a try.
