Four years ago I said the service at The Bay was awful, and guess what? Nothing has changed.
I could easily love The Bay, if it wasn't for the crappy service.
About 2 months ago, we ordered glasses from the Bay optometrist. After waiting eight weeks (!!!), they finally came in. We were told it would only take 3 weeks, and had to regularly call in to get updates because they weren't calling us to keep us in the loop all along the process.
We wrote the store manager Rob an email 3 weeks ago expressing our discontentment with The Bay and he has yet to respond. What really hits it home is that the Bay preaches integrity and standing behind their brand, but they clearly don't care about their customers.
