I don't get why there are so many complaints, I love living here and would recommend anyone to live here. When I moved in they were under a different property manager (which I would say was average) and recently switched to Greystar and the service is terrific! The GM Dan and Stacy at the office are really nice, accommodating, and responsive to anything you need help with. I had two situations and Dan/Stacy were able to resolve my issue asap! It's rare to find property managers who care. Greystar I approve of your hiring process!
As for the property, I love the interior. Very modern and luxurious. The dark floors and dark cabinets are my favorites. Not to mention the colors from the pool at night. They offer dog treats and a cool dog washer machine in the back!!
The main negative reviews in the past were from parking. I have NEVER had an issue with parking and Greystar recently made assigned parking spots so I'm sure this will solve problems.
