This was written prior to new ownership taking over. I have not used them since the previous owners. I switched to another company.
I used to love them so much, but since they've had personnel changes, the business is suffering. My last grooming appointment was by far our worst. I have one "child" that needs a consistent groomer. I don't think we've seen the same person in the last 4 or so appointments. At the last one, two people showed up and never introduced themselves. Plus, I later find out that they didn't take care of the ears of one of the little ones. Lateness and bad communication seem to be the norm. I was a long time customer who really loved the service when Paul, Michelle, Marissa, and Sean were our usual groomers, but for the sake of my three little ones, we've had to move on.
