  • This guy is a major rip-off . . . . . . we paid $60.00 to have the exterior (outside only) windows of our 1 story home cleaned. It was a bit less ($15.00) than we paid for all of our windows to be cleaned in and out. The guy showed up on time and asked for the printed receipt for the special offer. He asked what I wanted to do . . . . . I told him that I wanted him to "clean" the outside of the windows. He explained that I had more than the 20 windows that I paid for. I asked him how did he figure ? He told me that any glass surrounded by a frame was a window. I asked him about our french doors in the back and he said the there were 20 panes in and 20 panes out a total of 40. These are 8" pieces of glass. I got pissed and told my wife who went out and told him that this was most unfair and he should have asked a few questions and got some answers before making the appointment. He just got in his truck and left after doing only a couple of windows. Don't do business with this guy, he is a total rip-off.
