Very disappointed with Chandler Air. They installed a heat pump on my home. A couple weeks later, an electrician tells me the power supply to the unit is not up to code. I call Chandler Air to ask them about it and a technician comes to look at it. He says "it's not up to code" but Chandler Air won't do electrical work. I voice my frustration that I was not notified/warned that the issue would need to be remedied when the unit was installed. Technician says "it's not to code, but it's good enough for us." Then they want to charge me $85 to tell me that it's not good enough for code but it's good enough for them. And they never warned me. So my house hasn't burned down, yet. I am paying an electrician to fix it. And Chandler Air won't honor their warranty for the heat pump install unless I pay the "it's good enough for Chandler Air" $85 fee.
If it was the owner's home and his/her children were sleeping at the home, do you think the technician would warn them?
