I called Dino's the second I found my refrigerator not working properly. They came out the next day, earlier than scheduled, which is a great thing. Repair people are usually always running behind schedule, not early. The bad "relay" was the cause and fixed within 10 minutes of Matt's arrival. To my shock, it was under factory warranty and cost me zero. That's $0.00. Nothing out of my pocket. I would recommend this company. The level of service was outstanding. The person that I spoke to over the phone told me upfront what the costs might be depending on the problem. I liked the real estimate of the actual job, not like so many do where they quote just the service call but neglect to quote what the others charges might be, if any.
