I had been given the contact info for Sullivan Motors by an off-road product manufacture, DV8. They said Sullivan was the top retailer / service shop to purchase my rear bumper. I immediately place the call to "Steve", this was in late April. I ordered a rear bumper and was told I would get a call as soon as it was in. No call for (3) three months??? So I called a few weeks ago. I was informed Steve was out with health issues but that Matt was filling in. They took my number. (1) one more week.... No call! So I drove down there... I was directed to the service shop. I asked to speak with Matt and was directed to the wrong service rep. This guy explained that he would get Matt. I waited.... and waited.... This rep tried several times to get me help... Matt was busy, Matt was on the phone... So after 45 + minutes I left the details and my contact info. I was told Matt would contact me. Well no that didn't happen... I call down the following day and was given to the same customer service rep. He was surprised that Matt had not called me back. He said he would give Matt my information and see that my bumper got ordered and that I would receive a call as soon as my bumper was ordered. A few days past. Still no phone call so I called back down and was given to the same customer service rep. Never speaking to Matt the person that was supposed of been in charge. So this time the gentleman said he would personally see that the bumper was ordered and I would receive a phone call. Well it's now been two more weeks and a few more phone calls I was told that my bumper would be in last week. Guess what? No bumper!! No phone call!!!
