  • This not your typical high end Jewellery Store. The owners and the staff are quite genuine and warm. Ken the owner is very accessible and is available to chat. I have been dealing mostly with Simone lately and find her delightful and knowledgeable. She has gone out of her way whether my wife and I were buying a $100 watch box or spending tens of thousand for something to put in that box. I would not hesitate to send family or friends here, and know they would feel good about the experience. It's not by chance they have been around for 90 plus years. It all comes down to great customer service.
