Love the Charleston location but this one is so-so. I was excited to have my mom try this place after talking about it so much. Had the gumbo, good, but there was a massive chicken bone in it. The shrimp and grits were also good. I asked if it was possible to get a little more of the mushroom sauce and the waitress said sure. When I got the bill apparently the 2Tbs of sauce I got extra was $1. I would have like to have been told of the extra charge. My mother ordered the étouffée on my suggestion. When it came out it tasted of nothing but thyme. Horrible. I'll probably give it one more shot, but I'm afraid they've spread themselves thin with two locations. Can't beat the Charleston one though.
