  • I thought them being under new management would make it better nope. If there's a problem they blame the person that didn't do anything and server them with a 10 day when they have never had a warning you're supposed to get a warning than a 10 day. Anything to make a buck I guess. My child was attacked on the property but I got the notice when the kids mother tried to attack my 14 year old autistic son and the office believed her over all the witness. They do not care about your well being its loud and neighbors are disrespectful. The office is a joke and tells tents they are tired of hearing complaints but the manger is the one that says keep telling them what's happening all they say is call the cops like wow. Don't rent here well if you like ghetto and an office manager that doesn't follow protocol then by all means live here but know you will have a 25.44 fee if they have to print a paper with a 10 day notice when your not even at fault
