  • Hubby and I went in this branch yesterday to request for our bank account statements and were treated so well by the branch manager (Jo-Ann Cznieowski...forgive me for the spelling). She was very accommodating and as first time home buyers...she knew more than we did on exactly what we will need to bring to our mortgage lender. She took the time and was so pleasant (although it consumed much of her time) and printed all of our statements from all accounts and made sure everything was in order. Keep in mind this is something you could do from your own computer but since our computer was not working we took the chance to see if the bank would do it for us. This will definitely be our go to branch!
