  • In general, this place is awful. My washer & dryer both broke during my stay here, flooding my apartment. Not helpful to taking care of the mess at all. They require a two month leaving notice, TWO MONTHS. Used to be assigned parking, but was dealt away with so sometimes you may not get a parking spot IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT COMPLEX. Thin walls make for loud neighbors. Nasty pools. Always closed due to being cleaned. Not very friendly management. Perhaps I've become biased but my goodness the list could go on. Do not live at Broadstone Agave.
