  • Bought my dial 500L back in December 2014 went in today February 28th 2015 to have my first oil change and to get a recall fixed....made my appointment two weeks ago. I pull up a young guy greets me I say I'm Hereford my oil change and to get the recall fixed...I here a guy talk very (loud who I later find out that he's the service manager) say "you need an appointment for that" I replied with "I did" from then on it was horrible...when I made the appointment the lady said we would see about a rental I asked the service manager he said very shortly "we don't do rentals on Saturday" then again really short "you might be able to just wait for it" went to his office came out said this is for your records walked away I had no idea how long it would be went to the sales side where they were no help either...p.s I still have not received my license plate so they will be getting another call when I get a ticket....I had Toyota for years was reluctant to get something other and I should have went with my gut and stuck with Toyota will never buy another fiat
