  • I was already excited to check out Cibo when my sister started telling me how awesome it was. The inside is ambient and energetic. We sat in the upstairs which was quite spacious. Although it was quite a busy night I wasn't overwhelmed by the noise- the person across from me could hear what I was saying without having to yell. Always important in these bustling hot spots! The menu is made to share and comes out in courses. The sharing aspect makes it pretty cute for a date, but it makes sense if you are sitting down with family as well. The appetizers were my favourite part of the menu. I tried the lamb meatballs and the arancini. Both were out of this world good, and I'll be back for more! Neither disappointed. Despite their limited selection they also have some great beers on tap here. My only complaint is that out second course came out too fast, almost right after the appetizers. I would have felt rushed if our server wasn't pacing everything else so well. If you are a dessert person, try the canololi!
