  • TruWest has been pretty good to me I must say! It sure is nice to have a local branch nearby too although I don't really spend much time in the brick and mortar. I always get treated so well and all of their employees are so pleasant to work with. I always get the small town feeling when I visit, it's not like the huge banking institutions where you feel like you are lost in the sea of customers. I get treated like I'm a member of a great banking institution, I'm not just another face- that is why I keep coming back! I give TruWest five stars for great customer service and ease of use with all of their services!
