| - In response to your reply Holly, first we were the first customer on the books that morning and supposedly the ONLY customer of Dust B Gone for the next 2-3 days as far as tile removal!! (I asked when we booked the appointment to make sure, due to my husband taking off work for those days) Also, yourself, and your employee never once said the shop had been vandalized, just that the gas lines to the trucks were cut the night before. So, I ask you why in the world would your employee say, "Ma'am we are behind in work and need to get caught up on other jobs!!" I believe this to be WHY they did not show up. Further more, (excuses aside) you told my husband and myself that you would credit our card for the amount you charged us for $852.00. There is no need to INVESTIGATE or find out where the DISCONNET was. Our credit card company has reached out to you and you have yet to respond!! YOU PROMISED TO CREDIT OUR ACCOUNT AND GIVE US A FULL REFUND.
**FOLLOW UP TO REVIEW WE FINALLY GOT OUR REFUND, FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY, OF COURSE DUST B GONE WAITED TO THE LAST DAY THEY HAD TO REFUND THE MONEY. THEIR LICENSE'S IS REVOKED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
