  • The manicurist was great, as in if you're staying at the Rio or the Palms, you're crazy not to walk your big, beautiful American butt here to get your nails done. The nail technician is why I don't give this place just one star. Overall my experience here was horrible! Whatever you do, do NOT get your hair done. I needed my cowlick trimmed out of my eyes. My bangs had been trimmed recently, so they looked pretty, but one side was not designed around my cowlick. I asked if they could fix it after I got my nails done. It could have been as easy as taking a quarter inch off the corner of the bang line. Somehow it turned into three quarters of an inch off front row, center. The lady took pieces from the top of my head and made bang pieces nearly an inch above the other bang pieces with the most laughable dull scissor I have ever seen. Not only was this person incompetent, and using drug store tools, but trying to make sense later on how a professional would make such an obvious error that causes her client maybe six or seven years to fix, it seems she is mentally unstable or grossly unhappy with herself.
