| - There are two reasons why I will not go back to this particular McDonalds--incredibly poor customer service! First, I am a vegetarian. Several months ago, I went in one morning to order an Egg McMuffin with no meat. Well, the sandwich in the bag had meat on it as I suspected. I asked them to fix this. Through the cook's window I could see them taking my sandwich, opening the paper, taking the meat off, then wrapping it back up, are you absolutely kidding me? Yep!
11-9-14...I thought I would give them another chance tonight. Went through the drive-thru around 5pm today to get a free French fries from a Monopoly game piece. As I pulled up to the service window, a young male manager in a blue shirt, quickly handed me the bag, no smile, no eye contact, no acknowledgement, said nothing, and closed the window on me abruptly. No thank you for service or have a nice day! WOW! I pulled over went inside and told him that he undermined my experience--he had no clue what that meant. He also wanted to start arguing with me. I told him his service was horrible and that he needs to take this as a learning experience. He did not apologize for anything!
As much as I have tried to give this place a chance, I will take my business to the McDonalds on 16th Street and Camelback or 16th Street and Glendale when I know I WILL get consistent positive customer service!
