On my first visit, I only have good things to say. It appeared as though fast care was closed for that day, but the security officer at the front desk told me that the sign stating the closure was there in error, and gave me directions where to go. Phew. They were open.
Chad at the check in desk was five star friendly all the way. The obligatory paperwork a side, check in went smoothly and quickly.
Once in the treatment room, nurse Maria was five star friendly, as well. Quick and efficient.
After a brief wait, Dr. Young gave me the diagnosis I expected and explained in detail, with the patience to answer my questions, exactly what was needed for me to cure my problem.
In and out in about an hour. First time visit. I couldn't be more pleased.
