  • Oh my goodness. It isn't often that I feel compelled to write a 5-star review, but this place demands it. Hubby and I had the most wonderful meal here. First of all our server, Charles, was hilarious and engaging. This place labels itself as "a social dining experience" (hey, it's on the receipt like that) and I think they mean because from the moment you walk in, they try to get to know you. The hostess asked us a few questions, and clearly passed that onto our server before he came over to our table, because he was prepped with the info. He started off with a little joke of singing something, which my husband and I quickly joined in on, so we immediately started off on the right foot. Dinner consisted of all small plates. We got the duck fat fries, mushroom burrata toast, egg & pork belly, and short ribs. The fries are tied for first place as the best fries I've ever had. They were perfectly light and crispy, without being dry. The mushroom & burrata toast was incredible with such flavorful, rich mushrooms. The pork belly is essentially grown up eggs Benedict on broiche toast with Hollandaise. It was good, but sadly not warm when we finally got around to eating it (we ordered too much food!) and the short rib, while tender, was not terribly exciting in the flavor department (think pot roast) but still well cooked and falling-apart tender. After seeing a bunch of desserts pass by the table, hubby and I had some room left in our tummies from just sticking to small plates, so we ordered three, yes three, desserts. The desserts are awesome here. The apple crostata was a lovely rustic pie crust purse filled with caramelized apples. After the warm apples, we went the other direction and got something cold with the Ermagerd Sundae. The peanut butter gelato in this sundae is heavenly. It had such rich peanut butter flavor without being too heavy or losing it's creaminess. We had them bring one dessert at a time so we could digest enough to press on. After all this, we still had another dessert on the way. The finale was the S'more bar. The honey flavor in the graham cracker crust was very robust and I had tasted that wonderful honey in a couple of other dishes. I would love to know what kind of honey they use, it's a good one. The chocolate on top of the crust is a very heavy bodied, rich chocolate mousse, topped with whipped marshmallow topping that is torched. It was all delicious. Our server was great throughout the whole meal and we enjoyed him a lot. The meal was excellent all around and I will definitely come back here each time I go to Vegas. Do not miss the desserts here.
