  • I can only speak of my personal experience at this particular location; it is certainly not to be extrapolated to other Enterprise locations. I have rented from this location probably 10+ times, and have always found the staff friendly, helpful, and anxious to help, whether it's on the rental or the return. The gentleman who does pickup and dropoff, could not be more friendly and courteous. I give the location 5 STARS because it truly deserves it. Great customer service, Enterprise corporate should pay attention.
