  • I lived at Camden for several years and during my time the leasing staff couldn't have been nicer and always went out of their way to genuinely make people feel welcome. Random treat bags would be delivered to your door for no reason. They hosted free cookouts for residents also. As of 2014 all apartments are remodeled with nice hardwood floors, new appliances and includes washer & dryer. The location is great to I-77, Birkdale Village and Lake Norman. I had great interactions with neighbors. I also appreciated his pet friendly Camden is. I definitely recommend renting at Camden Sedgebrook if you are looking in the Lake Norman area.
