Raul was great and I was seen fairly quickly. Unfortunately that's where the good stopped. I had to visit a dentist after an infection put me in the hospital and I chose this place.
What a mistake!
I did the X-rays. I didn't expect anything to be done that day since I didn't have money but the treatment plan was preposterous. Don't sign the page about the treatment plan unless you actually look at it because they try to charge for things you don't need. Deep cleaning and implants I understand but antibiotics that cost $2700? Not covered by insurance btw. I never saw any of my X-rays or any paperwork about exactly what my treatment plan was. I was only told what my insurance would and wouldn't cover.
I scheduled an appointment where I would've had to pay $260 dollars for deep cleaning on my bottom left side and 1 extraction. My mom told me to find another dentist. Good thing I did. The new dentist found four small cavities in my X-rays that weren't even mentioned to me by Absolute Dental. I'm now getting them treated and avoiding what could've been even more costs (and pain) with eventual root canals. The new dentist also mentioned deep cleaning and implants but my treatment plan was shown to me along with my X-rays and the price for everything I need done is half that of this place.
Shame on you Absolute Dental for being all about the money. You can do better.
