  • Sucks that im forced to give them even 1 star. Found this company on Craigslist. WOW, what a great deal! $29.99 an hour!! SUHWEET! Make an appt with Sylvia for $75. She said they will be here between 12-2. 2 comes and goes so I call. A new lady (never said name) said invoive shows from 12-3. Ok, 3 o'clock sure I can do that. 3 comes and goes. Call them back, Sylvia says she will call the mover and see whats going on. Half hour later mover calls and said he is on his way but its goin to take him 2-3 hours because he is JUST leaving the warehouse and there is traffic. Yup, cancel order! Then Sylvia calls back to verify im cancelling and to ask me WHY im cancelling. I can say they are VERY FAST at cancelling appointments! So, maybe the star is for that.
