  • I have never ordered from an edible arrangements before, never even experienced their work. But my lovely mother lives in Nevada and I wanted to make sure she got something special this weekend. I know I was a little last minute but I work in a NbC bakery and must say we are kind to even those who wait till the weekend of! Quick points: unhelpful and rude staff, lack of guidance or resolution in time of inquiry, strictly business transaction no customer service in sight My experience.. I call to ask questions about sizes and place an order. A lady picks up, just offering the name of the business and her name. Then silence. Awkwardly not knowing where I should start, I tell her I'd like to know more about a particular arrangement and begin to describe it with words like "magenta fruit bowl" "mother's day" and "pineapple hearts". She interrupts and says "We have a bunch of arrangements with pineapple hearts. Do you have an item code?" I say no and with an exasperated sigh she tells me to hold on and put me on hold. I'm hopeful that she's getting someone more informed. But I am wrong. And I'm sorely disappointed as a guy who doesn't speak clear English picks up the phone. Keep in mind I'm scrambling through their website while I'm on the phone trying to find item codes so I can help them help me... The guy asks me what item I would like to order. I give him a number. And he's all business starts asking me for my information, pick up information, etc. I interrupt and say I'm sorry but I would really like to know how much fruit comes in the different sizes. My mom and dad don't need 10 lbs of fruit after all!! He sighs (I'm starting to feel like an inconvenience and not a customer now) and asks me how many people I'm trying to serve! I'm not serving people; I'm buying something nice for my mom... He responds with "The one you picked serves four so it should be enough." He then rushes me through a message for the card, my name, my address, and my payment information. He says my confirmation number, and when I go to clarify it he doesn't say anything but hangs up. I wasn't offered a receipt of any kind! Nor was I told what she needed when she goes in! Eek! Not only was that the worst service ever but now I'm worried what my mom will receive (gift wise) and how they will treat her when she picks up her gift today.
