  • My wife and I went to Walker to purchase a new couch and other furniture because our current furniture is 4 years old. Ed, was helping us. The couch we liked the best unfortunately looked green, but it was actually gray in color. So it simply would not match our colors. We then told Ed, we're sorry, this couch won't work for us and we'll look around for other items. Ed, gave us a glaring, nasty look and literally turned around and walked away from us without saying one word. That was truly an insult. Since we're a black family, it was even more insulting. Because we were treated so rudely, we simply left the store. There is no reason on earth that justifies that type of treatment and I'll make sure I take extra time in my life to make others aware.
