I've had consistently good experiences here for over a decade. All big box music stores are slow in regard to getting your transaction completed in a timely fashion. It seems like they use the same software as the airlines. You know, they type furiously for 5 minutes only to ring up a set of strings after calling over a coworker to check a code entry. Staff and management both have been helpful whether I knew what I was talking about or not; or whether I was buying or just looking.
I would disagree with Murray's review: prices ARE competitive & kids really don't want some old rusty Hagstrom you found in a smelly pawn shop. Also, don't sell your gear to ANY store, sell it to a musician.
