  • They saved my jacket! I have this cycling jacket that I've literally worn to death. It is 11 years old and I love it. It's the perfect middle weight, it's the perfect sleeve length, etc. But, of course, after 11 years of use and abuse, the zipper finally went kaput. Even though the jacket is an awkward synthetic fabric that is not at all normal for alterations to be done on, Anna's took it on like a champ. They replaced my zipper and now my jacket is good to go again! Plus, they hemmed some pants that were too long. Total cost for new zipper to save my $100 jacket plus hemming of my pants: $30. And I'd pay it again in a heart beat!
