At least most of you got your salesperson to call you back and set up an appointment to design your pool. I DIDN'T! I was at first impressed how fast I was able to set up an appointment. We were assigned to the salesperson Al. He was scheduled to come on one day but the day of had to reschedule because he said something about the weather and living in Pahrump. So I understand things come up and I don't like to drive in crazy weather either. He showed up on his scheduled time the next day, gave us a book and said look at this. He did his measurements in the backyard and said he would be in touch with us in 4 days. Its been a week and we didn't hear from him. I texted him and no return text. I live near the Valley View office and decided to stop in the showroom. There was a lady at the front desk - no personality at all- she has a 'duh' or 'scared' look on her face. I explained the situation and she went to Al in his cubicle who then saw me and said 'oh yah, I got your message, I've been in meetings all day and I'm busy writing up a contract'. I was not expecting him to stop what he was doing to work with us but to at least set up an appointment. I heard they had a reputation of being aggressive but he certainly wasn't aggressive enough to want my business as its been a week and a day. We have yet to receive a phone call and we are now going with another pool company because they gave us the attention that we needed and also getting our dream pool. I'm so glad I decided to look at other places, and didn't sign a contract with Desert Springs, because its already not off to a good start and they obviously don't need my money.
