  • I recently purchased a 17 Escalade from Findlay Cadillac and the service was great during the purchasing process. I had a minor issue with a tire that needed to be replaced and dealt with Scott Trombly and the Service Department. They were fantastic and replaced the tire in less than 40 minutes and I was on my way. This dealership has treated me the way I expect to be treated. Kudos to them!!!
