I called 2 hours ahead to ask if they had the tdap vaccine available and ready as I am 36 weeks pregnant. I was told to come after 7. I arrived at 7:28pm and he pharmacist told me he was 2 hours behind and it could take up to 45 min wait time! I mentioned I called ahead and he said he's just swamped but will work me in. After about 45 minutes, I was asked to sign paperwork, then I waited... What is the purpose in calling ahead if you will still have to sit in an uncomfortable chair while 36 weeks pregnant. Customer service is not what it used to be.
