  • I cannot express how much I regret signing up for Direct TV. We were told that equipment was free at sign-up and then charged at time of first billing. When I called in to ask why I was told that this was new equipment and that if I did not want to pay I could pay $400 plus to get out of contract. I really wish I had not signed up with this company. Feels shamelessly dishonest. Please consider looking elsewhere. (Not to mention the UI is pretty poor.)
