  • Excellent customer service! Jennifer helped me out after I told her about my Enterprise rent a car experience. She was totally sold out of cars. She called me when she got a car back in to let me rent. Jennifer went out of her way to help me out, that's excellent customer service. It does not get better than that, The Budget Rent a Car in Surprise has excellent customer service, a great staff, and great cars. 5 stars all the way experience.
