  • I attended this place to get help on getting a bond. I had to leave 20% of the bond in cash. I was told the process would take 24 hours. A week went by and they had not resolved anything. I called every day and I was always told that the bond would be posted that day and to call back later. Finally after a week they told me that they did not approve the bond and to go and get my 20% back. When I went to pick it up, the manager told me I could not have my 20% back until he called the IRS and reported me, because he felt that I was trying to scam the IRS out of their tax money. He wanted to hold my money for 2 weeks. He said "it's in our policy to report suspicions money to the IRS", I asked him to show me a copy of the policy and he refused. He said " I am the manager, what a say goes, there is no need for a policy". Not only did Bail Bonds USA lied to me every time I called, they also said I was an illegal, and I was trying to rob the United States out of their tax money.
