  • They called after my post late Saturday morning the man only said I heard you wanted an estimate. I told him I had it set for Friday afternoon and was waiting all afternoon with no call and no show by them. The man only said well I have you down for today he must of overbooked. I didn't get an apology and the man sounded less then thrilled to even be on the phone. I booked for an estimate to call back 5 mins later when my husband noted seems they don't want our business. When I called to cancel the man was again short but cancelled us for an estimate. Their loss cause this was a large and pricey job for 7 large trees. We went with another quote that was a bit high but they were on time and very professional.
