My bf took me here and we waited almost 2 hours. He insisted that we wait for Chef Bob. We ordered the seafood jambalaya and house gumbo. There's plenty of seafood used in these dishes and the portions are huge which makes the price worth it. So much flavor although i'm not to familiar with either dish. It also comes with a ciabatta like bread that is perfect for soaking up all that leftover sauce. I don't know the difference between chef Bob or the others but I do know this place lives up to the hype
