There were pros and cons to my experience at Honda of Concord. I made an appointment with Chris Cook, well the day of appointment I was informed that it was Chris's day off and someone else would be more than happy to assist me. The good news is I had the opportunity to meet with Robert Beasley. Robert was very patient and knowledgeable of the type of car that I was looking for and I would highly recommend Robert to anyone that is in the market for a car. The car buying process went smoothly however when it came time to talk about the financial aspect that's when everything went downhill, I had already contacted my credit union to get approved for an auto loan prior to my appointment but of course the finance department wanted to get me what they called a better deal so they run my credit again! The so call better deal was a $6 difference and cost me six additional credit inquiries on my credit report; I was highly annoyed because an inquiry will stay on your credit report for two years.
