I'm a big fan of the wings at Long Wong's in Scottsdale and I thought I would try this location this past Sunday. I called in a "to go" order for 50 Hot wings and they said it would be ready in 20 min. I said great and left to run an errand on the way. When I arrived the order was not even started. I found out when I got home they had called me back at home and since no answer they decided not to start the order. If I knew they were going to call back I would have waited for the call.
Anyway about the wings. I ordered HOT wings. They were mild and the sauce was not anything like the Long Wong's in Scottsdale. They were cooked almost perfect. A 9 out of 10 with the outside just a little crispy and the meat cooked firm and juicy. You get sliced and chopped 1/4 inch thick carrots that were in the fridge for a couple of days and no celery. The large size ranch dressing had the consistency of water.
When I got home I added celery, my hot sauce, and ranch dressing and the meal turned into the one I wanted. As I said the wings were really very good. The price is right ,@47 cents each, which is about 23 cents a wing cheaper than Buffalo Wild wings if you buy 50..
