  • In light of the lingering economic crisis, my budget does not allow for regular hair binges, therefore Groupon has become a staple in our hair-household. Problem is you never know what you are going to get. Luckily I happened upon a Groupon for Dre's and despite some of the not so glamorous Yelp reviews, I decided to give Dre's a chance. At first I did not know which stylist to go with and the company website was down so I could not view any Bios, but the receptionist was very kind and very patient with this selective patron. We agreed that Shawn would be a good choice for what I needed. Shawn is awesome!!! All you have to do is ask my husband how many stylists I have annihilated after getting my hair done to know if I give someone accolades like "great, knows what he is doing, gets me, and shares my vision", then they have got to be really something!!! Shawn really delivered on cut, color, personality, expertise, and professionalism. I really dislike boundaries and Shawn really respected my wish for hair art and did not cookie cutter my do. Thank you Shawn for restoring my faith in the industry. Aside from discovering fab stylist Shawn, Dre's also delivered on timeliness, organization, communication, and outstanding customer service, which is a real sticking point for me. I was very impressed by the esthetics of the salon and the impeccable cleanliness of the shop. When not engaged with a customer, stylists were cleaning, restocking, sweeping and not gossiping with each other - big plus in my book. All around great experience, it is definitely binge worthy even when the budget is tight.
