  • So I'm sitting here in the waiting room. My appointment was for 2:40pm. I arrived ten minutes early as instructed by the appointment clerk, at 2:30, when I called to schedule. It is now 3:09pm and I'm the only one here. No one before me, no one after me, just me and I'm waiting in waiting room hell watching HGTV on not one but two tv's. The receptionist that is at the desk has purple hair. Not sure if that is unprofessional or progressive but either way she is not welcoming just very clerical. It's now 3:20pm and a couple of ladies have joined the waiting room. Great the two ladies were at the wrong location so back to me being alone. Finally got called to go back its 3:35. Been here an hour and five minutes. The guy who called me back introduces himself and I don't understand him. I have to ask him to repeat due to a thick accent but he was nice but seemed shy. He is a fifth year Med student at UNLV. Then came in Dr. Tausch. His first words to me were " I'm sorry for the long wait, I got behind and I apologize" Then he proceeded to introduce himself. He was so nice and he spoke plain English. I will be going back.
