We found 595 Craft and Kitchen while looking for some new exciting food and I am happy we came across it. The food here is made with many hours of work and lots of love. All that hard work and preparation shows in the layers of flavor the chef at 595 is able to produce. The combinations of flavors, service, and excellent craft beer pairings will keep me coming back for more. In fact we came back the next day to get more great food and beers.
I got to try the Burrata with Ginger Apricot Chutney, Gochujang Honey Chicken Wings, Traditional Poutine, Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the "Butcher Block" Craft Sandwich paired with a Mother Earth Big Mother Triple IPA. We came back the following day for the Craft Popcorn, Pork Belly Burger, and Banh Mi. The "Butcher Block" burger is named as such because the meat comes from the Butcher Block just down the street and the beautiful buns are locally sourced from Great Buns. The chicken in the Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich stays crispy even with the hot sauce on it. That Pork Belly Burger had me wanting to order another one. I'm hooked on their Banh Mi and am excited to go back and try it with pork belly. All sauces are scratch made and flavorful. Needless to say that I think the food at 595 is amazing. I could write for days about it, but you should try it for yourself.
