  • I'm so sorry I have to give them even one star. DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY. Not worth it. They cancelled one of my flights without notifying me. On top of that they would not help me in any way and also charged me an extra fee for cancelling the second flight I had. I only cancelled that flight because they cancelled my son's flight. The customer service was extremely rude and unconcerned.
